Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective 9 June 2026. This policy explains how Wrapped in Yellow handles returns, refunds, damaged deliveries, and change-of-mind requests. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we may repair or replace the product within a reasonable time. Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible at wrappedinyellow.au@gmail.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including any reasonable return costs where required by law.

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind requests made within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before returning anything. Approved change-of-mind returns are sent at the customer's cost and original delivery charges are not refundable.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

These exclusions do not apply where an item fails a consumer guarantee.

Refund timing

Once an approved return is received and assessed, we will arrange the refund using the agreed payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
